OVERVIEW
A joint group project between students at the BISC/Queen's University and Keio University
Since November 2020, students have been working together to create series of media contents (video, podcast or blog) to record how coronavirus has affected student learning.

Topics explore the impact of the virus on learning and student life, and seek to investigate questions such as:
What issues do they face?
What tools do they use?

Students have been put in groups of 4 (2 from each University) and have worked together during the Fall term to produce a plan, taking into account the research questions, method and audience.
In the Winter term, students selected an appropriate medium (podcast, blog post or video) and produced a resource suitable for a general audience.

Welcome to the first edition of BISC-Japan Exchange’s Intercultural Student Media Project! I am very pleased to present to you these collaborative projects between the students at the BISC and Keio University.

Founded in Autumn 2020, this new online program aims to develop student initiatives and intercultural skills, through working on a collaborative media project.
In light of these challenging times due to Covid-19, this online program has been designed to enable students to take initiatives and gain experience of working as an international team. Now more than ever, initiating conversations and nurturing connections both locally and globally, become vital experiences for students to widen their opportunities.
Please read on and explore each group's webpage, in which you will find a wide range of content that the students have produced together!
