10000 KM AWAY PODCAST
Welcome to Our Project
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Because of the COVID-19 situation, the way of education has completely changed from in-person classroom and campus experiences to online learning. With this sudden shift away from the classroom in many parts of the globe, students, teachers and educational institutions are experiencing difficulties. We have decided to do a podcast about online learning and introduce some useful information and our idea so that we can overcome this difficult situation together.
Our first episode is about the future of online learning. We discuss how online technology has affected students learning by addressing some articles. We introduce possible VR learning with video content which may help you to understand what VR learning looks like. Also, an interview with Mrs Richan gives us the perspective of teachers towards online learning and the idea of the technology we have now versus what we will have in the future.
In the second episode, we talk about less academic but more student-life based topics, such as
How online learning changed everyday life?
How do university students handle the topic of mental health? What are they doing to improve the lives of their students?
How can students keep socializing in a pandemic? How have students been coping during the whole online experience?
We did a survey of university students and answers will be shared in the podcast. In the end, some funny “online” moments will be introduced.
Enjoy our talk!!
